I have performed many legal services for companies in the employment context that do not involve litigation. For example, I have conducted immediate and thorough investigations when an employee reports harassment which includes conducting interviews with the charging party, witnesses and management, constructing reports and reaching a conclusion on the alleged harassment. If necessary I am, of course, capable of reporting such information as a witness on the employer’s behalf.
I have also drafted and implemented anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies as well as non-compete clauses. Often I have implemented these policies by ensuring proper posting and conducting training seminars for the policies I have drafted.
